Will
My dad died in 2003. The will states if my stepmother creates any liens, i can sell my share of the house. I just found out she took a 180000 mortgage. What happens now

Was your interest in the house put on the record when the will was probated.
Was the will probated?
What is the value of our interest and how was your interest listed in the will?
