no will or legal rep.

my boyfriend died his daughter is informant on death certificate, we have a joint mortgage payment, is she responsible for 1/2 of this debt? and can i bill her for being his caregiver for the past 5 years

Is her name on the mortgage? If not you are responsible for the mortgage.

Did she enter into a contract with you to be her father's care giver? If not you have no claim.
