Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

will

My mother passed away April 07. I was away and not informed until Dec 07 of her passing and me being in her will. MY step father and I have never gotten along and feel this is the reason why I was not contacted sooner. The only reason I know I was in the will is because my brother told me she put me in it. How do I go about seeing what is in the will and collecting what she has deemed to be mine? My mother and her husband lived in PA. My sibblings are in PA also. I live in Fl.

Re: will

You will need to have someone in Pennsylvania go to the Recorder's Office in the courthouse/county government center of the county where your mother resided(where the will is most likely probated), and get a copy of the will, and contact the executor of the will to collect what you are owed in the will.
