Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
Will Question
My Father had valuable antiques he collected in our attic. He moved them into my brothers home about 20 years ago. He never told any of us he was giving them to my brother. My Father died. The will written a few years ago, does not mention anything about the Antiques. Are the Antiques part of the Estate?

If the antiques were your father's at the time that he gifted them, then they were his to give away, which he did. It appears that they were no longer a part of his estate at the time that he made the gift 20 years ago.
