Will

I have a will that is signed but not notorized. What steps do I need to take in order to have it registered in allegheny county Pa.

I disagree with Mr. Johns, in PA a will does NOT have to be Notarized or Witnessed, just signed and dated by that of Testator...that being you...it always helps to have witnesses but it is NOT a requirement....I would recommend having someone familiar with this field review your will for any possible errors!

A will does not need to be notarized but it does need to be witnessed. A will does not get registered with the county until after you pass. I would suggest giving a copy to the executor and/or an attorney you trust to probate the estate. I offer free consultations.
