Last will and testament

Must a last will and testament be updated if one moves within the original state of residence where the will was written by an Atty?

Probably not, But if the move was the result of any change in your life, including substantial increase or reduction in income, or a change in the life of a close relative (spouse, partner, child, parent), you should consult to see if any changes are warranted in the appointments of Executor, Trustee, and designation of beneficiaries [who gets what].
