Time periods are important you do not indicate when your mother died when you tried to probate her will or when your sister filed the other will. You can contest a will but it is very complicated and would apprently involve a handwriting expert. You should speak with an attorney immediately to make sure that the time period to contest has not expired and also of your possible recourse.
