Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

Wills

My brother lived in California and just passed away. Unfortunately he was 82 and a 50 year old man was smart enough to make his way into his life pretending to want to care for him. My sister and I live in PA and are not in good health to travel. My brother as far as I know was worth over $500,000 and he made this Steve Power of attorney. When he talks to me i ask him to send me a copy of the will and he says he is so busy and when he gets time he will but, he said there are 2 lines crossed out on the will and not to read it. I feel like there is nothing I can do living in PA and do not have a lot of money to pay for lawyers and I do not know what to do. My brother always told me he would get me money to have an operation on my legs and hips and now with this guy involved I do not think I iwll see anything, what should I do?

Re: Wills

You should contact your local bar association in the county you live in perhaps they can refer you to an atorney in California that may be able to help you. You asl if you are age appropriate can call the AARP legal Hotline for older americans they may be able to put you in touch with an attorney in California who can help you with this matter.
