My current Will was made in Georgia in 1989 and I now live in PA. Do a need a new will for PA or is my GA ok?

You asked whether your will made in Georgia is valid in PA.
I cannot tell whether your will is valid without looking at it. Pennsylvania has basic requirements for a valid will. However, there are other items, such as witnesses and a self-proving affidavit, which will make probate of your will much easier in Pennsylvania.
This issue is more complicated than you might think, and you should contact an attorney to review your will and determine if it is valid in PA, and also to discuss whether you need any changes to the substance of the will, since it has been 18 years since you last made your will, and your circumstances have most likely changed since then.
