Is it nessessary to have new wills made when moving to another state---New Jersey to Pennsylvania

You may want to consult a local estates lawyer in the county where you moved to look at your old will and see if it will conform with PA requirements.

Even if you have not moved, you should periodically look at your will to make sure that there are no changes in family circumstances or the needs of any heirs that would be better served by having a new will prepared.
