Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

3 neck surgeries reached mmi

dr. states i have reached mmi even though i am still in severe pain i have chronic nerve damage at surgery levels. Work is pushing for me to go back to work and now i am being sent to a place to see what my limitations are they won't take my physical therapists word for anything i have a hard time just trying to deal with house hold work what should i do I have had 3 surgeries in the last 4 years with hardware on the front and back of my neck

You should retain a local attorney who deals with workers' compensation matters. It probably will cost you 20% of your ongoing benefits in the short run but it will be worthwhile in the long run.
