Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

Back injury

I was injured on my lunch break, however, I was paid for my lunch break and the neurosurgeon says that the job that I was doing is what caused my back problems. Am I entitled to Workers' Compensation?

Sounds like a solid case from the little which you wrote. were you on the Empoyer's premises? were there witnesses? did the doc write his findings down in a report? did u get an NCP from the carrier? are you a long term, loyal employee?
