Car accident while on the clock at work
I was in a car accident and have a few injuries. The thing is I was running an errand for work which is out of my scope. I was cited for the accident, and my car is totalled. I am now under work mans comp. I have liability insurance on my car. Is my employer responsible for the damages to my car?

You were clearly in the scope of employment and your injuries arose out of that employment when you furthered your employer's interests via the errand you performed.
Remedies for the auto collision will come out of your policy.
Workers' comp is not at all concerned with fault, just compensating your for your injuries and paying all related medical bills. If ou think you are near maximum medical improvementm it may be wise to look into cashing out your claim via C&R.
