I have had a back surgery 3 apedaral injection and countless mri.The surgeon who preformed my surgery saids after the surgery that the reason i still have pain is because i have scar tissue wraped around a nerve on my spine. He doesnt want to go back in scared that it may make the sittuation worse. My Pain managment doctor i get a feeling is close to sending me back to work but i dont feel 100% right. Re: Almost cleared by doctor
Be of good cheer: the scar tissue will granulate with the passage of time. Until then, your ethical Doctor(s) should rotate your medication to alleviate pain.
You sound like a good candidate for settlement; that is why the sharks are circling around your listed question. Be prepared for your absence from the jusridiction to be used against you by those valuing your liquidated amount. Ask for a reasonable amount, like 4 years' worth of total disability accelerated in one lump sum. And hope no further surgery is needed. Otherwise, demand continuing med protection for surgery and pharmacy. The value of that part of the claim alone is another 40-60 thousand USD.
Good Luck.

You should speak with an attorney regarding your case. It's unclear from your question whether you were injured in Penn or Conn. If you were injured in Conn and would like to discuss your case, please call to schedule an appointment. We do not charge for an initial interview.
