comp claim
i have an open comp claim and get surguries often 12 in 7 years we are in a labor dispute and i need to get shots and will be off a week never had a problem at all are they obligated to pay me for lost wages if a strike is on

Yes. Compensation is paid even during strikes because it is paid by insurance. Even if the employer is self-insured it would be obligated to pay for work related injuries during a strike.
