I am sorry to hear what is happening to your daughter. If her boyfriend is hitting her and he and his mother are giving your daughter alcohol, then you should report this to the police. It will be difficult to prosecute them without your daughter's testimony which, I am sure, she is reluctant to give. You should make an appointment to speak with someone in the District Attorney's office about getting a Protection from Abuse Order ("PFA"). Then, if they violate the PFA, you can go to Court and ask the Judge to hold both the boyfriend and his mother in Contempt of Court which is punishable with jail time for those who violated the PFA Order.

Best of luck,
