Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

from disability to workers comp

i went back to work on workers comp. light duty because of a broken back and went back out of work on disability because of a broken neck.i was recently released from disability because i can work somewhere on light duty.my question is do i have to be released from disability and able to work 100% before i can get my workers comp reinstated

you sound entitled to temporary total disability WC to me from my reading of your factual situation; I would need to see if there was short term disability or a conflict in medical evidence before making any certain pronouncements. Good Luck
