Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania
I normally don't drive as part of my normal work day, but last week my boss asked me to pick him up at somewhere and bring him to the office at 9:30 (my work day starts at 9). I left my house at 9:15 to go pick him up and got into a car accident on the way there. My boss is the one who suggested that it should be covered under Workers' Compensation and filed the claim. Now, the insurance company is denying me and saying that I didn't suffer a work-related injury. What do I do?!

You most likely fall within the "special mission" exception to the coming and going rule. Thus, you should be covered by workers' compensation. Feel free to contact me for a free consult at 1-877-291-WORK (9675) or visit www.workinjuryinpa.com
