Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

I had an accident on the job, I was not at fault. The accident occured Dec.2006. I have paid my health ins. the entire time I have been off.I recently got a letter from the company stating I have been termed and so has my health ins. I'm still on workers comp. Can the employer do this legally?

I don't think so. I think the Act that applies is called C.O.B.R.A. There are some qualifying requirements and you should probably discuss this with your employer.
