Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

my ex-wife is on comp and wants more support

my ex-wife and i are separated but still maried. she injured her right arm last year and is on workmans comp. she wants more support from me. she is a certified teacher. how can i get information from workmans comp to take to the support conference?

You can serve her a notice to produce documents at the hearing. Or you can subpeona her employer's record custodian.
