Family Medical Leave Act

I was in a tractor trailer accident while at work. My doctor said I was unable to work, my employer fired me. Is this allowed under FMLA?

Whether it's allowed under FMLA or not, it sounds to me like it should be covered by workers' compensation. I suggest calling an attorney who deals with that type of case.
