Health Insurance Benefit
Workers Comp pays for any injury related health costs, but, is it the Employer--name removed--responsibility to also continue to pay for the employee--name removed--health insurance while the employee is out of work?

Depending on the facts you may have rights for continued health insurance under the FMLA for a period of time. However,that is limited to 12 weeks. Please call my office to discuss further.
