Hurt by other employee
Can you collect workers compensation if a fellow employee comes up behind you and lifts you up hard enough to fracture a rib?

Generally, if you are the victim of "horseplay" rather than a participant you would be eligible if a resulting injury requires medical attention or renders you unable to work.
