Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania
I hurt my knee at work and have been on workers comp. I've had 2 surgerys on this same knee over the last 2 years. My doctor just released me and i do not want to return to this job. do i have to go back?

You will have to make a good faith effort to return to your time of injury job unless your doctor has requested that your duties be modified. Before you RTW (which can lead to automatic cut-off of weekly wage indemnification benefits) see if you can get a nice little lump sum severance through a Workers' Comp Compromise and Release.
This will have to be negotiated between the insurance carrier and your attorney, who will take 1/5 of the "amicable resolution."
Good Luck.
