hurt at work
my husband got hurt at work on thursday he went back to work friday took saturday off because of the pain has been off a week and half now doctors says he need surgrey for his shoulder how long do you have to file a workman comp claim?

The statute of limitations for a claim is three years but there are notice requirements. He initially files the claim with his employer and then files a Petition if the claim is denied.
