Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

Hurt at work

I injured my foot/ankle at work and was taking rehab it wasn't healing and they did another xray and test and found to be brooke I have been going to work light duty and now doing rehab, my employer informed me after 180 days if I'm not well I have to take and leave and cannot guarentee my job. What should I do?
