Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania
i had an ime evaluation and that dr says i can work light duty full hours but the dr. that they sent me to months ago did not release me to go to work i now got a letter to report to work or be terminated . how can a dr. that seen me for 5 minutes make a decision on my condition when the dr that did surgery sees that i still have issues.. and will my compensation stop if i do not return to work at this time

The workers' compensation carrier can not stop your compensation just because you do not return to work. There are pros and cons to trying the position. If you do not attempt the position you should obtain a report from your doctor disapproving the position to provide the Workers' Comp Judge as the first hearing.
