Indemnifiing a company

If I got hurt at work and I'm currently receiving WC. Can I sue a third party company, because the space my job had was a leased space, and the clause in their lease indemnifies them?

I haven't researched this issue for a while but I think the answer is yes. Your employer's workers' compensation carrier would be entitled to subrogation from the third party, however.
