Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

need information asap

I was injured at work 1 yr ago. Had two surgeries and injury is a little better but not fully complete. Would I still be covered by the worker compensation if I do not return to the job or quit. And do you feel that i may have a case.

Re: need information asap

If you are receiving compensation payments while recovering from the second of two work-related surgeries, then your case is an excellent candidate for amicable resolution (settlement via Compromise & Release) - so long as you do not get ripped up by a back-to-work attempt.

Consult experienced Claimants' Counsel as s/he can help greatly in this regard.

Good Luck.

You absolutely should not quit. You are covered by workers compensation as long as you are disabled and/or require medical treatment. As for whether or not you have a case, I would love to discuss this further. Please contact my office for a free consultation.
