It sounds like your are very severely injured. Depending upon what type of income you earned at time of injury, your demand may be quite high as you will not return to employment again.
The risks of the Ins Company paying for evern further surgeries may be very great indeed. The will be a question fo Social Security Disability offsets if you get SSD now.
