Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

I was injured on the job for a rotator cuff injury. Got A MRI I have shoulder impigment. I an getting workers Comp. Now my other shoulder is bothering me. Is my employer responsible for this too. I did not file it because it did not hurt at the time.
