Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania
I injured my knee many years ago OFF the job and I have had 2 surgeries, the last one in the 90's. I haven't had a doctor look at my knee for years. While at work yesterday, I injured that knee while kneeling doing my work. Should or can I inform my employer that it is a workers comp injury?

Yes. This appears to be an outright new injury or an aggravation of a pre-existing condition, both which are compensabe as a NEW work injry at your current rate of pay. You are required to provide notice within 120 days but the sooner the better.
