injured at work in PA, am back to work but still being treated. Can I change jobs while on worker's comp?

Yes you can. Changing jobs will not affect your medical benefits. It could affect entitlement to wage loss benefits if you had to go back out of work again.

Be aware that the insurer will be scrutinizing your medical records for any evidence of an aggravation on the new job, so they can avoid further liability by trying to "push it off" on your new employer.

You may move on to a new job with the same or a new employer even while receiving WC Benefits relating to an injury at a former job. However, you would be smart to try to settle your WC case before leaving. Strike while the iron is hot.
