Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania
On Jan.20th.2010 I fell on ice on my way into my place of work.Two weeks prier I went for my exit interview for retirement to be submitted in March.Do I lose out on workmans comp.if I retire.

Do not voluntarily remove yourself from the labor market. Consult with counsel about WC and the Older Workers' Benefit Protection Act.
Tell your employer you need to talk to your family lawyer. Report the injury if it was on Employer's premises and arose out of - and during the course of - employment.
