can my job fired me without any wraning

i dont get a write waring or vebel waring just call me in said they was leting me go

You can be fired for good reason bad reason or no reason at all. There are exceptions to the general rule which are fact-specific. You will need an experienced labor and employment lawyer to see if yours is an actionable case under federal statute relating to ADA, FMLA, Title VII or retaliation that is winnable under state law. You will probably want to talk to an Unemployment Compensation lawyer also.

I agree with Mr. Valko. The only other exception would be if you are in a Union.
