Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania
muscuololskeletal strain
went to my family dr. after suffering severe chest pain at work.after being referred to numerous specialists(7 in all)diagnosis was muscle strain due to repetetive motion.also herniated discs in neck.(c3,4,5,6)employers ins.co. fighting comp.claim;appealed.PT is not helping and i have constant neck,rib back,and chest pain.had numerous chxrays that show fluid between heart and(L)lung.pulmonary dr.says possibly from bleeding from pulled muscles.can i ask for future benefits in my claim?

Man, pick an injury and go with it rather than the smorgasbord of injuries. If you have cervical HNPs that may be causing your symptoms although what you complain of would be more thoracic and those T cases are even rarer. C6-7 is a frequent injury and everything else is along for the ride and to be de-emphasized should your medical record permit.
Get a C&R and move on.
