Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania
PA workmans comp
back in 98 I worked for a retail store setting up a new store. After about 3 weeks of work my hands started to tingle, I wore a brace for about 2 weeks and the tingling left and I had no further problems..Then in 2000 I was a Workman comp reviewer, I sat and reviewed claims all day, they started to get sore again..It was a temp job so after I left there I had no moe problems until now. I have worked in a warehouse for the past year and my hands are tingling again...If I file a WC claim will the past two incidents have any bearing on them accepting the claim and pay for it.. The 1st incident I called and asked the doc why my hands were tingling and numb..The second time I talked about with the doc but did not pursue any testing... Since ther may be notes will that hurt my claim?
Thank you for your time...

Aggravation of a pre-existing condition is enough for workers compensation. What you need is a doctor's report stating an opinion that the present job aggravated or precipitated the problem.
