Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

Hi I am a Police officer in Pa and I am on workers comp because while I was making an arrest the Def had kicked me in the head neck and side, my question is if I were to settle with WC and then get the Hometown Heroes act payout would I have to pay WC back ?
