Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

Hello, My question is if I had an operation on my hand because I broke a tendon in my finger in June of 2007 this was at work. I was out for 5.5 months and collected workers comp. after about a year they went back in May of 2008 and tried to get the tendon to guild a little more so i could bend the tip of my finger but had very little movement. can i go after workers comp and sue for damages if i cant get my had back to 100% i have problems and still have the stiffness in hand my grip is one problem i cant push down on my had with out pain like i have problems getting out of an excavation or a manhole or if i`m trying to use my fingers to turn off 1/4 inch nut on a motor and things like that i`m a Plumber.

I would like to know when you last received medical attention and I would also want to get some information regarding how your claim was resolved (if it was resolved) in 2007. However, there may be a mechanism to obtain a settlement. Please contact my office (610-279-4300) to discuss this further.
