Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

Just a few questions 1. If I chose to use my own dr before the 90 days is up, does workers' comp have to pick it back up after the 90 days? 2. If my physcian puts me on restrictions can my job make me go on disabiltiy, even though I was hurt at work? 3. Can my job change my schedule because of my restrictions if was hired on a weekend option, and have worked only my weekend option the 2 years I have been working there?
