If you are able to work, you should. If an employer has accepted your work related injury, it is up to them to challenge your health status. If your new job requires a different type of work that you can do regardless of your injury, I would think your current employer (or his insurance company) would love to have you off of comp. Regardless, you should seek the advice of an experienced attorney. Please give me a call if you wish.
