Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

I was recently hurt on my job working as a nursing assistant.Filled out an incident report and was scheduled to go to physical therapy. I saw a doctor and told him I was feeling better and he released me to go back to work. I now am regretting this because, my lower back and my hips have pain and pain down my leg. Can I reopen my claim? How do I go about doing this. I was only off for about 2 weeks. I would greatly appreciate any advice.

You will need a doctor taking you off work and then request the adjuster reinstate wage loss benefits. If the adjuster refuses, then you have to file a Reinstatement petition and have an attorney present your case to a Judge.
