i got hurt on my job and the insurance comp comp payable. went to a ime now they want termante my claim my doc says i need back surgery. but i had back problems in the past months. im going to court. hows my chances to win my case i need surgery

If you don't have an attorney you probably should consider retaining one. If you have one he should discuss with you the chances of success or fialure. While an attorney cannot guarantee sucess he should be able to predit on a precentage scale your likely suceess rate. I offer free consultations.
