Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania
once im returned to work, but i will still be doing treatment for my injury. is workers compensation still paying my medical bills and my wages for missed worked due to doctors appointments

Your return to work does not affect your entitlement to payment of medical benefits. Once, you return to work, your employer will likely require you to arrange medical visits after hours. You will only be eligilbe for wage loss due to doctor's visits if you can show that there is no ability to arrange these after hours.
