Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

I was in a school bus accident as a passenger (teacher) on 2/19/14. I was seen by my jobs doctors and was released a week later. I am still having pain and seeing another doctor since the employer would not reopen my claim. I am currently unemployed and having a hard time finding a job that I would not be in pain. Is there something that I can do?
