settlement offer made for permanent nerve damage.46yrs. old female and not able to go back to the same job. how much would be concidered reasonable to accept?

The amount of a settlement in a workers compensation is based upon many factors including the stage of litigation (if any) that that the case is in, the average weekly wage and benefit rate, the extent of disability, the expected future medical expenses, etc. it would be impossible for me to answer your question competently without having more information.
