stress related claims for worker's compensation
I quit past employment because the stress generated on several levels was too much for me i.e. chief executive officer and other internal stressors. After trying to regroup, I returned to other employment after 6 1/2 months to find that the same physical and emotional malise was evident . Could this be covered by worker's compensation?

"Could be." Many variables involved. It sounds like you're talking about the type of claim which, in the jargon of PA workers' comp, is called a "mental/mental" injury. That means, basically, that no physical trauma or symptoms are evident, but the claim is for mental consequences of non-physical factors.
These are tough claims because there's a high burden of proof. It's necessary to show really abnormal working conditions, not just "subjective" reaction to conditions which are within the expected range for the particular consultation.
PA also has a strict notice requirement, although I'm not quite sure how a CEO gives notice to a company .
