subrogation
i have been on comp for a bad thumb injury aprox.22 mths. ago.i just won my case in comp court and i just recived a letter stating the comp carrier i making a subrogation claim for every penny paid for by them for medical and benefits,and i will not recive anything until they are totally reimbursed.does this mean they are sueing me or my employer and it says i will not get anything until they are reimbursed do they mean settlement(will i still get weekly benefits)not sure what they mean.and can they make me pay this back??PLEASEEEEEEE HELP

Subrogation is complicated. You need to hire an attorney who not only knows Workers' Comp, but also is familiar with Judge David Craig's Goldstar and related cases on making offset calculations.
There may be something that can be done via negotiation. You should challenge the refusal to pay via a Penalty Petition if negotiations fail.
