Teranation 30 days after injury

Was notified buy mail that position i held needed to be filled and iwas termanated and paid vacation pay and told if and when iwas able to return to work thyat i would have to reaply for a job if any were available and interview again that didnt mean i had the but i would given fir st concideration bin out since 2002 ihave lost my certafication now dont qulfy for position held is there case here iam still fighting in court have comp atterny=

My understanding of your question is that you were terminated while fighting a workers' compensation case. It is against public policy in Pennsylvania to terminate a person's employment because of their use of the workers' compensation laws and you may have a cause of action if that was the case but you also need to win the workers' compensation issue. I suggest asking your compensation attorney about the possibility of recovering in a lawsuit.
