Is is legal to be terminated while on workers compensation?

No, such a wrongful discharge is not lawful and is a provided exception to the normal ER right to terminate employment for good reason, bad reason or no reason at all.

while your WCJ should be informed of this, the matter will involve a common pleas court lawsuit for you to get money.
